I ordered an item which arrived damaged and not suitable to give as a gift. I then phoned up and spoke to someone regarding this order, I received an apology and was informed the replacement item would be shipped after the bank holiday ensuring it would arrive in time for when I would need it. I appreciated this was very efficient they considered asking for the timing.
After the bank holiday I recieved an email stating when it had comes time to send my item that it was no longer in stock. Fair enough I recieved a refund but now didnt have enough time to seek a replacement item from elsewhere. I would have appreciated to have been told on the phone call that there would be no replacement and giving me extra time to find an alternative gift.
In the end I was very disappointed from the service I recieved.
