“Love Roy's of Wroxham best service always. Staff were extra helpful on this occasion. I did an online order and ended up going earlier than expected so my order wasn't ready to officially collect but the staff sorted it out for me to take while I was there.Excellent.”

“Very impressed.. prompt despatch and delivery times.. products I ordered were high quality and better than expected.. only downside is I ordered a pepper mill and thought it was a set so had to order the salt separately.. to after realising when arrived.. good value and would recommend to anyone”

“Unfortunately the pair of shoes ordered in were completely different shades of grey. The lady was very nice but tried to persuade us that it was a ‘nap’ issue. To be fair we were also offered a discount but as they were definitely odd we decided to leave them Cannot fault the actual customer service given by the members of staff”

“Great product and quick delivery. Disappointed with the packaging of the product. Shrink wrap and one layer of bubble wrap wasn't enough for a pair of shears. The point of the blades had broken through the packaging and the courier could easily have bent the blades or handles as the packaging didn't protect it. A box would have given better protection. Luckily product doesn't seem to have been damaged. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.”

“Always like shopping at Roys but we've obviously not be able to get down to Wroxham recently so being able to buy on line has been nice. The items we bought were the best price we could find on line and the delivery was fast. Would recommend Roys to anyone.”
