“The teapot I ordered arrived arrived quickly and very well wrapped. This teapot is lovely and has been bought for the whole family to use in memory of my recently departed partner...who's name was Roy. It's a beautiful item and we are all really pleased with it.Thank you.”

“Easy to order, quick process time & links to track delivery. I will say that the company that delivered wasn’t fantastic with their tracking system & delivery was delayed without follow up & the eventual delivery arrived way out of the 1 hour time slot provided. This, however, has nothing to do with Roy’s, but it might be something they could do with keeping an eye on. I realise times are difficult but this doesn’t prevent the tracking details being updated.”

“My order from Roy’s of Wrexham was dispatched extremely quickly and was delivered within 48 hours of ordering . I was kept up to date with the tracking .I could not have asked for for better. Well done .”
