“Ordered a Lego set that was hard to find - great! For some reason Roys would not post out. I would have willingly paid the postage. Had to click and collect from nearest shop Beccles, which meant a difficult 1hr drive each way, to a town we did not know, for elderly grandparents who did not want to disappoint a child. Did not deliver to collection store in stated 5 days. Difficult to contact at the ordering stage as only by email and 2 day wait for a reply.”
