“I needed a replacement wheel/tyre for a wheelbarrow. I found exactly what I needed on the Ross Castors Website and the specifications and sizes were all clearly illustrated making the selection of the correct size wheel straightforward and easy. Delivery was quick and the courier's tracking system worked well.”

“Really impressed with the overall service. While the tyres and tubes I needed were out of stock I was kept well informed of the order status. The tyres were put on a next day service when new stock arrived even though I only ordered 2 / 3 day delivery. The order completed in less than a week so very happy”

“Spoke to someone before I ordered to double check it was correct. Very helpful person, I'm getting the name Callum but I could be wrong. My order turned up next day, fitted perfectly to my divan bed. All is well with the World. Will use you again if I need to. Thanks.”

“Was going to order more feet but your crazy postage on last order of £19 was unacceptable. I regularly get much heavier items from Axminster supplies etc etc with much less postage charge. I have asked post office locally here to estimate charge of the five wee feet I ordered and they said £4.50 maximum....!!!! Duncan Mackenzie”

“Castors ordered and paid for, including next day delivery, as they were urgently required were not supplied - Obviously a "picking error" - No compensation only a credit for the difference in cost.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience with Ross Handling Ltd, Christopher. We regret to hear that the castors that were ordered and paid for with next day delivery that were needed urgently, were not supplied correctly. It seems to have been a picking error which unfortunately at times do occur. We of course would have been more than happy to rectify the issue and get the correct castors out to you but i understand they were needed urgently. A refund was issued to ensure you had no over payed from the castors and we send our sincere apologies about the mix up.

“The product is fine. Delivery is awful. They use DPD. Day one, no-one turned-up at the stated window. Day two (re-arranged) received an email to say driver couldn't find anyone at home. I was at home so I immediately rand Ross customer service. Agent said they could see where the driver was..he was 45 minutes away and so lied. I asked what was going to be done. Agent said they were powerless to do anything as DPD would just ignore them. Day three...delivered by same driver. Ross's reputation is being destroyed by DPD”

“As stated below caster measurements did not match details on website. As I was trying to match it to 3 others on piece of furniture it was no good. Lady on Customer Service very helpful when I explained and money refunded. Thank you.”
