Someone placed an order using an email address we own (ie not their own)
Went out of my way to call customer services (after emailing and getting no reply) and they said they would contact the customer and update the records.
So far I have 10 emails ranging from order confirmations, to promotions, to feedback requests etc, and no matter what I unsubscribe from they still seem to come in.
Please, all I ask is that you stop contacting us. Your castors look great, but I dont want any right now.
