“I found this team on the web looking for castors for my bed. Dunelm said they don't carry spares like this any more initially ordered there wrong product and after taking a picture and asking if they had something i had another call and got what i needed. in today's world of computer said no, these guys treated me like i was placing an order of thousands not £40 great customer service and highly recommend”

“Excellent service good communication And a very quick delivery. However when the box arrived it had been obviously torn open to see what was inside . DPD you need to have a word with your staff . Ross Handling however was Excellent .”

“Despatch of order and communication very good. Downside is the DPD delivery which failed twice and I eventually had re-routed to a different address. They didnt even bother trying to deliver, just logged 'sorry we missed you' when we were in. nylon wheels are great, though!”

“The tyres arrived promptly. They were in a box and were very distorted. The place that fitted them had too put in tubes as they could not get the bead to seal due too the shape of the tyre. This cost me an extra £50. I dont know why they dont arrive in the shape they should be.”

Dear Darren, We’re sorry to hear about the tyres arriving distorted and the extra cost you incurred at installation. As the tyres are strapped during transportation to us from our supplier, this does mean that they can sometimes become slightly misshaped, we always advise where possible to leave them in a warm environment up to 24 hours and they should form into the correct shape, if not we would of been happy to arrange replacements for you.
