“Very quick reply to my query and very prompt and reliable deivery. However the items were not 100% suitable since the fixed screw on the castors was too long for the substrate. I had thought this would have been clear from the text of my query, but I have never had to fit castors before, so maybe not. However I have managed to get around the problem by packing up with old tap washers! So overall a success. On the photo online I could see the length of the screw, but not that it was fixed.”

“What after service. I went to them as they looked like the main dealer in the UK. They sell products and don't know anything about the manufacture accessories sold for it. I got a reply 5 months later and said they could get it. They happily gave me a price, but couldn't tell me the contents of what I was going to buy. I have upated this from 1 star as I now have the inforamation I required & will order next summer”

“Great service , let down this time by DPD . Ordered on a Friday and paid for next day delivery. Fully understood it would be sent out on the Monday for Tuesday delivery. Not being delivered until 6 30 pm is no help when the job has to go out asap.”

“What attracted me to Ross Handling was their having a mix of connecting parts (tubes and connectors) that would be compatible with each other (although I think their website could have made more of this - for example, would "25.4mm" inserts be compatible with 25mm tube?). A wider range would have been a bonus (such as including bridge plates and outer-sleeve-type connectors). I was pleased with the delivery of my order. I would have gone for a longer delivery time if this had meant a cheaper delivery cost. The products appear to be excellent apart from the tube-cutting jig which was a bit disappointing because it had a wide saw slot and its plastic was not that tough). I would use the company again.”

“The webiste was as informatve as it coudl be, although i didnt reallyknow what i wnated and had to just look through stuff to get to teh right bits, ordering was fairly easy and the shipping was okay, it arrived within 5 days.”

“The wheels were a good price and delivery was quick. They do not have any offset like the existing ones on my mower, so I had to do some alterations to the mower. I bought these because one of the existing replacement wheels had broken, and the RH ones have a higher load rating, so I am hoping they will last longer”

“I received the wheels in time and they are exactly what I expected and good quality. The delivery was not so perfect, as it was said the driver could not deliver because we were not there but we actually have been the whole day in. So I had to collect it 650m away from us. Which worked fine in the end.”
