“Excellent turnround/swift response. Very pleased that I could get an exact replacement for my castors which were first fitted by an upholsterer in Leicester sometime in 1987 - the suite is still going strong. at the time we lived in western Park and he must have been a local craftsman.”

“Very quick reply to my query and very prompt and reliable deivery. However the items were not 100% suitable since the fixed screw on the castors was too long for the substrate. I had thought this would have been clear from the text of my query, but I have never had to fit castors before, so maybe not. However I have managed to get around the problem by packing up with old tap washers! So overall a success. On the photo online I could see the length of the screw, but not that it was fixed.”
