“The tyres arrived promptly. They were in a box and were very distorted. The place that fitted them had too put in tubes as they could not get the bead to seal due too the shape of the tyre. This cost me an extra £50. I dont know why they dont arrive in the shape they should be.”

Dear Darren, We’re sorry to hear about the tyres arriving distorted and the extra cost you incurred at installation. As the tyres are strapped during transportation to us from our supplier, this does mean that they can sometimes become slightly misshaped, we always advise where possible to leave them in a warm environment up to 24 hours and they should form into the correct shape, if not we would of been happy to arrange replacements for you. “ordereding and customer service at Ross Handling is excellent and normally trouble free, however my last order was delivered a week later than expected. Although the parcel was dispatched in time the courier DPD made 3 so called failed attempts to deliver. On one attempt I saw the driver look at our building chuck the parcel back in the van and drive off, making no attempt to properly locate us. Unfortunately the delivery service has let you down this time. I did conatct Ross Handling chat line which was excellent and sorted the problem out for me with no issues.”
