“Not the best survive Orderd 1pm Friday payed extra for Saturday delivery, didn’t turn up till Thursday apparently got lost and driver said that they don’t even deliver on a saterdays”

“I was expecting my order to be delivered last week. When I chased it up this week I was told it hadn't been despatched due to the wong parts being in. I had to take alternative castors and to be fair Georgia did get it sorted out for me once the mistake was realised. (but I still had to chase).. The we had to go to Leicester to collect the castors.”

“I purchased a couple of wheels which arrived promptly and well packed. I thought I had orderan axle at the same time but looking at the order after the wheels arrived I find it had somehow disappeared from my order...so ordered the axle (again) which arrived a few days later... I was a bit disappointed to see what looked like good packaging but the axle was protruding from the packaging. Getting it out I found it was slightly bent and quite rusty. It needed quite a bit of wire wool treatment to remove the surface rust and a bit of panel beating to get it back to straight. Not really what I expected.”
