“Castors arrived and were the wrong size. Sold as 8mm, arrived with a 5mm diameter thread. Would accept responsibility and would not arrange collection/refund. So be aware if you need to return an item to this company it is at your expense and time. I wouldn't use the again.”

“As ever, excellent castors. Has a big project for some large plywood trays to store boat geat at the club. Perfect casters, available quickly. Also used some from my store of casters to make some trollies for boats. Thanks!”

“We ordered the parts, paid then received an email saying out of stick for 3 weeks woukd have been nice if we were told when ordering !!”

“I was looking for adjustable feet for a project, and was happy to come through Ross website, because of the very wide range of products AND all technical information provided. Technical help by chat was also helpful. I could find and select the very product I was looking for, which arrived as expected and in due time. For a price only slightly higher than a general market place, I found there a much wider range of products, all declinations in dimensions, with all technical information. Honestly, do not go elsewhere !”
