I rang customer services and they agreed to send replacements. I asked several times whether the incorrect ones should be sent back and was told it costs too much to return goods. Next delivery was on 1st September, except it was only one wheel, correct size this time. Customer services said it was too late to ship another one that day as the shipping department had gone home. Next delivery was on 6th September, one wheel but it was a 20mm bore again, delivery paperwork was correct for a 25mm bore wheel. I rang customer services who assured me the correct wheel would be with me next day. I was asked to send all three 20mm wheels back, so I packaged them up and the driver would have the returns paperwork. The driver didn't have the returns paperwork but took the box anyway. Next delivery was on 7th September with the correct 25mm bore wheel. These dates may be one or two days either way.
