“Cancelled my order because of lack of customer service on delivery and the inability to give a clear timeline for when you can expect delivery apart from 'someone will call and if you aren't at home for the 1st option we'll call back sometime with another time - we are in your area once or twice a week' - we chased and chased and in the end ordered and had delivered a bed from another company by the time they came back. I'd recommend you sort this out as in this day in age the competition provides a lot more certainty on time and date of delivery plus flexibility to choose.”

We are sorry you felt let down by our delivery service. As detailed on our website the pre-call typically takes places within 24 hours prior to delivery and you were offered a date which unfortunately was not convenient for you. “The only thing which has let this experience down is that the product arrived minus 2 drawer fronts - we were informed these would be delivered by the end of June but we still haven't received them.”

“It was a very personal and friendly experience. I spoke to them on the phone before purchasing and both the lady I spoke to and the delivery driver were very helpful. The bed we ordered for my son is brilliant! He loves his "big boy bed". Thank you very much!”

“Buying is ok but delivery is a complete joke and still don't have the bed I ordered. No notice of delivery and then get called byba delivery driver saying he's 30 mins away. No good I'm at work. Phone to rearrange delivery and told that you can't select a date, never mind a time. Pointless. So they try again . No notice again and delivery driver calls but doesn't speak English! Phoning tomorrow to have one more go and if they can't help then I'm cancelling the order.”

We have been notified that the delivery team have called you on the 7th and the 13th June and left a voicemail message each time to confirm that they would be in your area the following day. It is a shame that you did not pick these messages up. We have been advised that the delivery team will provisionally be in your area on Wednesday 21st and they will call you tomorrow to discuss. “Fantastic experience from start to finish. Staff on the phone super helpful with my pre order queries and tweaking the order the week before delivery when I realised our measurements were wrong. Delivery/assembly guys were lovely, worked fast and had a sense of humour (other companies have been the polar opposite recently so important to give credit where it due). Most importantly my son loves his new high sleeper.”

“The tent doesn't fit as well as it's should for a product that's supposed to match and costs £60. The bed itself is of a high quality and my son loves sleeping in it.”
