“I thought it was fine. There was a mark in the paint work but otherwise fine. The delivery was very prompt and the product is nice. Its expensive for what it is though is my feedback.”

“salesperson made an error when quoting and later sent a message indicating that they needed to charge an additional amount. when product arrived, person delivering would not take to my apartment as couldn't carry up stairs. I had to carry the boxes up the stairs.”

“Really good service. I got a text a few days after ordering saying when the bed and mattress would arrive and i had the option to rearrange which was good. There wasn't a time when it was arrive but it did arrive that day. Having looked at many beds online and in shops such as M&S and John Lewis, I am delighted with the quality of this, easily in the same category but about a third of the price. Very sturdy, nice heavy quality wood, nice coating- happy 5 year old son. I have recommended to my friends already.”

“I ordered the "Flair Flick Bunk Bed In White", Absolutely terrible first off the package delivered had clearly not been looked after with damp marks all over and crushed corners. Opening the pack and we had damage/crushed corners on 4 relatively prominent pieces, one of the pieces we were given was completely wrong and had to be replaced, there were pages missing from the instructions, on top of this the bolts which are labelled and put into specific bags were incorrect and in some cases to long for the job they needed to do and have broken through causing further damage, we have complained and have effectively just been brushed off and our complaint has not been considered in anyway. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN”

“Good website,very quick delivery. Furniture is good quality, look good, only criticism is the soft wood under the coating is prone to small dents if not careful. But that's the type of wood used.”

“Ordering and organising the delivery was easy enough. However the actual delivery could have been better. Our order came in 4 heavy boxes. The driver was on his own to lift them, clearly late and in a rush and could barely speak English. He said he wasn't allowed to take the boxes upstairs so left them in the living area. I'm glad my husband was home that night so we could take them upstairs. They were so heavy, I'm not even sure how the poor guy managed to lift them!”

“Very good service. I had a call shortly after the purchase asking for a suitable delivery date. For better accuracy I sent them an email on the day and got a quick reply letting me know the delivery would be with me within an hour. All arrived in perfect condition and was brought up to the selected room. No issues. Nice and easy. Satisfied with the service.”

“Really good quality, strong bed. We used the assembly service which was fantastic. It was built in less than 2 hours, all packaging taken away. Very impressed with the whole experience from ordering to delivery. I would highly recommend this bed and also recommend Room to Grow as a company.”
