“Very good customer service. Disappointed though by jubilee furniture that was packaged in too many pieces which took a long time to build. Shame room to grow does not offer a building of such flat packed furniture service”

“Service can be made a better by giving the customer a clear indication of when they can expect the delivery of the item. I have got the call after 5-6 days and then it took us another 2weeks for matching the right date with delivery team. There was no confirmation of delivery date only got the text saying reply yes if you want the delivery on that day and on the day of delivery there was no contact and there was no number where we could contact and confirm.”

“Good service from Room to Grow. When I placed my order was advised 10-15 days for delivery, It was delivered in 3 days. We were given a PM delivery, I phoned the courier and was given an approximate 2 hour time slot, it arrived about an hour after that but we were called by the courier to let us know.”

“Great bunk beds, delivered much quicker than advertised and arrived at booked time. V happy with service and with product. Easy to put together but takes a little while. Worth it though!”

“The chest of draws itself is lovely and what I wanted, however the delivery was disappointing. When ordering, the website stated 6-8 wk delivery, which would expect middle to end of August. I received a call from Room to Grow at the beginning of August advising that the CoD was in and they were in my area to deliver the next day. I booked the day off work and waited in for it. I received an email at 3.45pm saying that the CoD hadn't turned up and delivery wouldn't be that day. I got another text saying they would have it on Friday, so again another day booked off work and nothing turned up. A couple of days later I got another text saying thy would deliver on the Tuesday, which I couldn't get off work and wasn't prepared to lose another days holiday and finally they compromised by delivering at 7am on the Wednesday so I didn't have to forfeit yet another day off work. Although still delivered well within the original timeframe, it was a shame it took 3 delivery dates to actually receive the product”

“I'm not very satisfied with the quality of the bed it rattles and shakes and the white wood has marks and scratches on and the paint is to a poor standard in places. I was going to order my son the same bed but decided against this after we have built my daughter's.”

We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your Solitaire midsleeper. There should be no movement at all in the bed once it is assembled. If you check the cam locks are clear and secure and tighten all fixings it should no longer move. It is unusual to hear of a poor paint finish on this product, please can you send some pictures to our support@roomtogrow.co.uk so we can see how to best rectify this for you. Kind regards RTG Team

“Really great customer services. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bed I ordered became sold out so had to wait 2 weeks from ordering to delivery. The bed is a great quality and my daughter loves it. Would highly recommend your company to others.”
