“Really good bed, plenty of choice and exactly what we needed. Packages arrived un-damaged and all there, plenty of communication for delivery just a bit quiet between ordering and dispatching. Two person four hour build estimate was about right for the bed we chose. Some of the parts could’ve been delivered pre-assembled and one section of the bed feels a bit flimsy with three boards being stuck together in a row for what appears to be a colour change reason?”

“Great company! The items were really good quality and the communication was amazing. Keeping me in the loop with when things would be delivered and also catering colour options to exactly what I wanted for the personalisation. Would definitely purchase from them again!”

“I kept ringing about why these items were late and never received the email I was promised each time. Then when they did arrive I had no notification of delivery and they were left on my drive for 7 hours my neighbour informed me. Just disappointing communication.”

“We are very happy with the first bed we brought our daughter the bloc starter bed and she loves it. It is what we expected and is of a good quality. We were very impressed with the communication and quick delivery of this bed, I think it was 7 days from the day we ordered until it was delivered.”

“This company is a shambles and I would not recommend anyone buying a product from them. The order for bunk beds took weeks to arrive. One of the parts was damaged. The company could not identify the part because it is wrongly labelled in the instruction manual. When a replacement part was sent (to the wrong address) it was damaged to an even greater extent. My request for reasonable compensation was refused.”
