“Awful experience with room to grow, bought a midnight blue bunk bed with trundle, waited months for this to be delivered, finally delivered and what a shock! Bunk beds in awful condition, chipped, poor workmanship, glue like substance all over them, I had the bunk beds replaced, and once again awful condition and this time they forgot my trundle! Oh and this is after booking a day of work for them to not even turn up at the correct address! So a wasted day of work, total 3 days of work, trundle arrives in even worse condition! They must have no quality control before the items are shipped! £500 product that now looks like I have a second hand tatty bunk bed in my children’s room... was offered like 7% discount! Awful awful awful, customer service not to bad, but products!! Awful!!”

“I purchased the Stompa Day bed back in October and as I was moving house I asked Room to Grow to hold the delivery until we moved house. The Customer Service is excellent and they did not hesitate to accommodate my requests. The Delivery went smoothly and I was really happy with the service. The bed is good quality and my little boy loves it. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Ordered our sons first big boy bed, it’s very sturdy and looks great in his room! Room to Grow has been brilliant with communication when we’ve needed to talk to them and the delivery was fast and fuss free.”

“Purchased a high sleeper Thuka Hit 9 with desk & chaired. Pretty happy overall but was disappointed when opened box & bed is not white as it appears in the photos, it is a white lacquer where the grain & knots are clearly visible underneath. The instructions are also a bit complicated as you have to reverse them if having the ladder on opposite side. The runners which hold the chair bed section in place also frequently pop out which is irritating.”

“Bought bunks beds for my granddaughters very well made and sturdy the grandkids love them especially the shelves that are attached to the beds so they can keep their toys near them , would definitely recommend .Really good service and delivered on time”

“From start to finish this has been a terrible order, I was told my item was in stock only to receive an email 11 days later saying it was out of stock then the dates kept getting changed then when delivery eventually arrived 6 weeks after I ordered it they had sent the wrong (box) parts, eventually got the correct box 5 days later and found to be damaged, the incorrect box is still at my property with no feedback to collect, won’t be using again”

“Fantastic service and great quality products. We bought two high sleepers, two storage cubes and two chairs/beds to go under the beds. Much faster service than advertised with the delivery company calling us to confirm we were happy at every stage. Thank you!”

“I purchased the jubilee bunk bed. The lead time for delivery was three months from placing my order which I would have ideally liked to be much shorter. Once I received the bed and opened it up I noticed there were small scuffs and chips to some of the pieces of wood which I reported to Room to grow and I was offered a small partial refund to keep the bed. Once the bed was assembled there were screws and bolts that didn’t fit (thread gone) and I was sent three different packages of nuts and bolts before the correct ones for my bed were actually sent and we could safely secure it and use it with peace of mind.”
