“Appalling - this has probably been our worst ever consumer experience. The Jubilee bed seems like a good product but arrived missing vital 2 fitting parts in the footboard. Two further footboards arrived over the next 3 weeks with the same missing parts. Then the replacement parts were sent but went missing. Then another set of parts were sent and they didn’t fit. So 4 - 5 weeks later we lost the will to live and are sending the bed and all the other bed parts back. Very little sense of any apology, or the terrible quality control at the factory or the awful management oversight and engagement. No-one from management has even got in touch to say sorry. A shame because the bed looked like it was just what we wanted. But we won’t ever buy from Room to Grow again as we’ve lost faith in their operation which in our experience has been awful.”

“No delivery call, turned up with half my order while I was out, and waited another 3 weeks for a potential date for rest of my order. Still not fulfilled yet. Luckily the first bed is absolutely wonderful, just very let down with customer communication”

“The furniture is great when everything goes well. 2 beds ordered for my twins, one arrived and looked great. A component of the other part arrived late and then we discovered parts of the bed were damaged. Wrong part sent out, had to wait for another replacement. Barrel nut that had arrived damaged had to be replaced. Judge a company on how it deals with problems- this one is lacking. Nearly 3 weeks from the order and my daughter is still sleeping in the trundle part of the bed while we wait for a barrel nut. I do hope this review is published.”

“We purchased a bed and mattress for my daughters birthday from Room to Grow and wanted to say how pleased we were with their customer service. I accidentally purchased the wrong sized mattress for the bed and the team called me to let me know and asked if my mistake was intentional and changed to order for the correct sized mattress. This extra step and thoughtfulness saved me from a very unhappy birthday girl for which I am very grateful! Very pleased with the final product too.”

“Really happy with the midi sleeper we ordered. Good price and lovely product. Would have liked a little more communication, especially as our item was out of stock but we only found that out when we called to enquire when delivery would be. Would recommend :-)”

“Overall the Hudson mid-sleeper is fine and our little boy loves it but we were a little disappointed at some of the fittings. The screw covers provided didn’t fit over the low screw heads that are now quite visible and aesthetically don’t look great. Also, there is a screw at the top of the ladder that won’t go in as there is no pre-drilled hole so this doesn’t look great either.”

“I am very happy with the companys service. I bought a highsleeper desk and sleeper sofa combo. This product is very good quality and easy to build. It comes with good instruction booklets. My child is very happy with the new room!”

“Bought this wardrobe as part of a set for my son’s room. It’s very big, we didn’t give that credit, which overwhelmes his room a bit, but that’s our mistake. What is missing is the option for more boards on the shelving side and ideally a couple draws for socks/pants. But apart from that it’s roomy and holds lots of clothes and looks the part.”

“I purchased a high bed for my Granddaughter and she is delighted with it. We had decided to purchase from Room to Grow as my Grandson has the mid sleeper and we were impressed with the quality. The site was easy to navigate, the selection and paint were easy, as were ensuring the delivery went to an address over than mine. The bed was delivered within the promised time frame and my son said it was easy to assemble. I would recommend.”

“Really good communications throughout the process especially around expected delivery. Our daughter loves her new bed and can't wait until she can have friends for a sleepover. Just wish we had spent the £85 and taken up the offer of it being built! Definitely a two person job and you will need to be extremely patient. Highly recommend.”
