“Took over the 28 days promised for delivery. The delivery team were prompt and arrived on a Saturday which was good. The space up double bed is of poor quality (several pieces cracked during making it) and took 12 hours to put together not the 3.5 indicated on the instructions. I would not recommend this bed.”

“Brilliant product - the stompa uno folks really sturdy. Excellent customer service. Room to grow contacted us soon after placing the order to arrange delivery, the delivery drivers (although we did not purchase assembly) were very knowledgeable about the products and offered some advice about assembly.”

“It was easy to place the order and to change it when I realised I made a mistake. The processing/manufacturing time could be better but in my opinion the area where there definitely is room for improvement is delivery. We have been contacted and delivery was offered for Tuesdays only, which is very impractical and inflexible for people who have full time work commitments. And considering that the total cost of my order was in the region of £1,500, 100% paid in advance, I was expecting a better service. However after a few phone calls during which we highlighted that if we knew delivery was on Tuesdays only we would have looked elsewhere, we agreed on a specific date and were told that the delivery company would give us a time slot the day before delivery. I received a phone call at 7am on the delivery day to be advised the delivery team would be turning up in about 20 to 30 minutes. They turned up after 40 minutes, and by the time the delivery was complete I was late to take my daughter to school. The bed is good quality but the delivery service needs an improvement.”

“Great service, prompt delivery and well installed. The only negative is that the bed is a little bit wobbly and creaky. Not sure if that's normal? Overall satisfied and will maybe tighten some fittings to see if that helps.”

“I found staff helpful when I called regarding the bed I wished to purchase, my only issue would be that the delivery date was confusing and I had to ring to confirm the delivery dater when it wasn't delivered when I was expecting it. then the carrier called with a different delivery date altogether. otherwise great”

“The tam tam bunk product was as described and pictured. Our girls love it. Delivery was quicker than expected with good communication and a great delivery team who delivered to a room of our choice. I would use Room to Grow again.”

“The bed took a while to assemble, but was very straightforward. The parts have a good quality feel to them and it was a pleasure to work with them. The finished bed looks great and is sturdy. Very pleased.”

“It seems pretty solid now it's built, which took a bit longer than I'd anticipated, but was ok. The girls love them. Packaging - I would suggest more, smaller boxes for when they arrive. Some of them were 42kg and about 7 feet long, it's a bit much if you aren't built like the delivery guy, who just drops it in the hall. good beds and value though.”
