“Really impressed with this company. I had been looking into buying my daughter a new bed for a while and after much research I went with Room to Grow and I'm so pleased I did! Ordered the bed on the Monday, had a call on Thursday to be delivered on the Friday. I had a call 30 mins prior to delivery to make sure I was home. Fantastic!”

“After an initial problem with delivery dates (.e not receiving any info after purchase on when, how long it would take to arrive) the cabin bed arrived, along with a free gift to compensate for the delay. The bed took my husband 4 hours to build, but he said the instructions were very straightforward and the quality of the bed, excellent! My 4 year old son is just so happy with it, thank you!”

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you feel let down and that you had to cancel your order. As detailed on our website and your order confirmation, delivery times are only estimated. We are not involved with the route planning and booking in procedures as this is done by the delivery team - it is a shame they could not offer you an agreeable delivery date. Many thanks, RTG.

“Brilliant service on-line. But on opening and assembling together was very disappointed due to screws being missing. My daughter rang to tell you and was told they would be put in the post first class Friday 17th Feb and would arrive on the Saturday but still not arrived so very upset so my son has no bed all over the weekend.”

“Ordering was nice and easy and delivery was great.love the bed and my son loves it too.The only reason this a 2 star rating would be for the customer service experience I had after bed was delivered. I had a few issues and queries with the ordered and to be honest I still haven't received the phone call bk that I was promised by one of there specialist. I went with rooms to grow cause my sister ordered a bed so i thought she never had any issues but if u like me your not goning to get much support from them so to be honest I would go some where else.. there price really isn't much competitive to anywhere else”

“The bed is indeed lovely. It does take a long time to put together - it took my husband and me almost 2 days. It has only one flaw which is the bottom drawer sits very close to the bottom stair and one of these is out my a mm or so, which means to open the drawer it needs to be pulled slightly to the left. The only issue I had was with delivery. I explained several times that I needed to plan the delivery well in advance as I work full time. Weekend deliveries were not available. To cut a long story short, delivery was attempted when I wasn't expecting it, and Room to Grow put me in touch with the supplier to better discuss delivery options, who in turn told me to speak to the courier - so 3 parties were involved just adding to the problem. Eventually my neighbour helpfully agreed to be around to accept delivery.”

It is unusual to receive a comment about the bottom drawer so perhaps the assembly needs adjusting, but without reviewing this, it is very difficult to say. “Looks fab and was easier than we thought to put together. All i would say is that it could do with a low base support as it can feel a bit wobbly. Not drastically but it moves a bit when getting on and off it. Apart from that. My 5 yr old loves it”

Please be assured that the manufacturer has sold thousands of this particular model all across Europe and has received excellent reviews. “After a delivery issue was rectified in a very reasonable and proffesional manor, the bed arrived and has now been made and is in full swing. The bed is good quality and pretty easy to build. The menory foam matresses are extremely comfortable. A good bed all round.”
