As our website states, notification for delivery is typically 24 hours prior to delivery once the route has been planned. “Excellent service, beds do take up to 6 hours to put together but that is because they are so solid and well built. Very spacious, my girls absolutely love them, steps are very safe and sturdy. I am 6ft 2 and have slept in the bottom bunk. All in all, very very happy with my purchase.”

“Excellent bed and paying extra to have it assembled for me was worth every penny! I was disappointed, though, that I didn't receive the free Bendy Bunk Light that was offered at the time I ordered because I apparently hadn't ticked the box saying I wanted it. I had wrongly assumed this would be included automatically. After complaining, though, I was offered the light for half-price, which I considered an acceptable compromise.”

“A part from being told I would be contacted by the courier 24 hours in advance, when in fact they txt me 12 hours before delivery, and that they would deliver to the flat door. When the courier arrived he was on his own and unable to carry the very heavy package up stairs. This is a problem with the courier company and not room to grow, whom I found very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the bunk beds. Easily assembled and sturdy. Look great and my 5 yr old daughter is now sleeping better.”

“Ordering from Room To Grow was a great experience. They kept us updated on the progress of our order, and we received the bed within a couple of weeks as promised. The delivery men were very friendly and took the bed to an upstairs bedroom. We used Room To Grow after a friend recommended them to us, and I would recommend them too.”

“I purchased two beds and two mattresses, the quality of which was good. However, the delivery was poor. Despite arranging delivery dates bed one arrived partly delivered 5 days early with the remaining box being delivered two days later. The slates for the mattress to sit on were incorect and the supports not drilled in the correct place. Bed two arrived on its delivery date but with instructions missing. Three days off work in total for delivery was excessive. The actual delivery companies used however were good and helpful.”

“Pleasant enough to deal with. Very restrictive on delivery dates though. Was unable to accommodate delivery on their first proposed date and was told I would be called back when they were next in my area (2 wks). Friendly delivery drivers though.”

“Wardrobe is good quality, but the wardrobe arrived with the wrong handles attached, which meant it didn't close properly. The delivery people however were very good and immediately contacted the company to advise them and within 20 minutes i had had a call from them to confirm that they were sending out replacements.”

“Great bed, good online ordering. Delivery service let you down - inflexible and no weekend deliveries. This is 2017 and a lot of households do not have someone able to wait in for a whole weekday morning or afternoon at 24hrs notice for a delivery. Other companies seem to manage it, it's a shame your selected couriers can't.”
