“Good delivery service only it would be helpful to know in the morning if the intended delivery is for the morning or afternoon - our bed arrived in the evening. I did get a call 45 minutes before the delivery, but I had to wait in all day. It was good that logistics/customer services called to check that the proposed delivery day was suitable and I changed it as it wasn't convenient for me.”

“We bought the "Stompa UNOS 28 - Highsleeper with Sofa Bed, Fixed Table, Pull Out Desk with Hutch and Cube" back in December 2017. At the time, the whole set was discounted at round about £ 1090 (including deluxe mattress - cover sheet, etc ...). We also went for the Home assembly service. From beginning to end the service was first class. Products delivered on time, arrived on the day planned. We discussed with the installers how we wanted the set built (you can customise it in many ways). It took a couple of guys who knew what they were doing a good 2h (so do not under-estimate the task ahead ! Given what you pay, for £99 and a 5Y warranty, I think the service is well worth it !). We arranged with Room to Grow a specific date. Their customer service was excellent !!! No problem whatsoever with either the company or their delivery service..”

“The product is great but the delivery was really bad. The driver missed the promised slot so I had to keep chasing them and nobody knew what was going on. Eventually he had to show up and I had to help him carry the package about 70 metres from the street because he was by himself and didn't even have a trolley for the bed which was about 65kg including the extra sides. The additional pieces did not include instructions so I had to work it out myself. I worked this out in the end but the main problem was that one of the additional side pieces should be constructed in the construction of the main bed base so now I'm going to have to take it apart again to get the additional side panel in.”

“Arrived in good time, less than 7 days. Slight damage to paint but after calling team, I was supplied with touch up paint within 1 day. Which was great as we had already erected the bed. Great solid and sturdy bed and my 6 year old loves it!”

“I rang to enquire prior to purchase and the lady I spoke to couldn?t have been more helpful. The delivery came extremely quickly, during the Christmas period, and the delivery driver put the boxes in our garage for us. He called half an hour before the delivery too, which is extremely helpful.”

“Amazing service, promptly arrange a delivery window and it was delivered by a professional and polite man. Bed is great and although it was time consuming to put up it was by no means difficult. We had our three year old daughter 'helping' so that may have hindered us slightly..”
