“I placed an order for a set of roof bars, which were showing as in stock. I then received a call to say that the fitting kit was out of stock until the end of the month. I needed the bars delivered quite soon, so I had to cancel the order. It was a little frustrating to have been able to place the order, when one of the items was out of stock, but I was contacted very quikly by Sam to let me know, and the order was cancelled and refunded very quickly upon my request.”

“I have bought a new suzuki jimny. I needed a roof rack for ladders. I found it difficult to get any because the roof rack has to sit on the vehicle gutters. Anyway i managed to find one at roof bars. Fits a treat. Came within 2 days .easy fit. Fantastic.”

“Excellent service ordered a bike rack on pre order . I was kept informed of when the rack was expected to distributer . I received the rack quite a few weeks before expected date . Also got this at a great price too . Cannot fault this company, fantastic service .”
