“Thule distributor, good product Disappointed with initial pricing, requested if discount was available as looking at options. Quote " we don't offer discounts". Shopped around, had stock which was key, others where cheaper but longer lead time. Order a rack AND box. After delivery......a discount was offered for next order......... that's not going to happen., and if I knew, I would've just ordered one item, with the item no doubt being shipped offered with the said discount. Poor delivery, left on driveway, no attempt to contact, visible to all, worth almost £700, worse, packaging obviously damaged. Box was damaged. Happy with how they resolved, replacement or £50 refund. Took refund as needed to use. No discount discussion more if an issue. I won't be back.”

Hi Edward, I am sorry to hear parts were missing from your order, if you had contacted us to let us know what was missing we would have resolved this for you as soon as possible. Can you please let us know what was missing so that we can investigate? The roof bar kit that you purchased for your Nissan Juke should have had everything included, if parts were missing let us know and we can look at reimbursing you for the parts you have purchased off of Amazon. Once again I am sorry to hear your order was not complete but we can't correct any issues if we are not notified about them. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards Stuart

Hi Leonard, I have looked into this and your order was shipped the day after your order and I have checked the tracking, it was delivered and signed for the next day. Please can you check with any other members of your household to see if they have received the delivery on your behalf. Kind Regards Stuart

“On the website the box was a wide one yet you sent a narrow one and I had to then use it as I had no option as I had already postponed my journey by two days waiting for delivery. Now I’m stuck with a £500 box I didn’t want and it scratched to hell on top”

I am very sorry to hear you are not happy with your roof box. The box you ordered from us was a THULE Motion XT Sport. This is a narrow roof box, all of the dimensions are clearly listed on the website, so I am unsure why you are suggesting we have sent you the incorrect box. I can only apologise for the slight delay in getting your order to you, your order was dispatched within 48 hours but during the first week of June couriers were experiencing unprecedented levels of demand and there were unfortunately some delays .
