“So respectful, upbeat and helpful on the phone. Helped my identify the correct parts I needed to fit my vehicle. Ordering process on their website is good and easy. All great. I mark them down one star (perhaps unfairly) as I had an issue with their delivery contractor (DX) who failed to deliver next day as promised. ÂŁ10 wasted. The following day, the parts had still not arrived and Roof-bars stated on the phone that there was nothing they could do. I informed them that if they failed to arrive by the end of the day, I would have to cancel my holiday and that I would hold them responsible. I asked if they could send out another item by same day courier. They said they couldn’t. As it turned out, the parts arrived an hour later so all ok. I’m disappointed they couldn’t do more, though. No offer to refund the ÂŁ10 next day delivery charge either.”

“Delivery was fast, lacked delivery updates it just arrived dragged to my door. Just a bit of a surprise. Product was good. The roof bar assembly instruction were incorrect, found an easy YouTube video of how to install the rubber inserts. Overall good product and great services”

“Amazing service, extremely helpful advice, which turned out to be 100% correct. I was looking for a towbar bike rack for a Grenadier, which i had difficulty finding. It was difficult as it has a spare tyre on the rear door. After a very quick efficient phone call, I was given all the information I needed. The rack arrived as promised 2 days later, was easy to assemble and fits perfectly. Awesome service”
