“You need to get a different courier, delivery took way longer than stated and they are impossible to communicate with. Ditch DX.”

“Initial order and delivery was very fast and efficient, The fitting kit had a split which I reported and is being replaced - but I have not received the replacement yet”

“Thule roof bars would seem to be very well made and thought out. I especially like the "torque wrench" tool to tighten the brackets to the car - it means you cannot overtighten the bolts and pull them out. Only negative was the delivery process. A courier company delivered the parcel a day late - even though I had had notification of a time slot for the day before. I appreciate Roof-Bars do not have direct control over their delivery company - perhaps they need to consider a different one.”

“Ordered item for £2 but had to pay £6.95 postage for a very small padded envelope. Tried to track original dispatch but it never arrived. Phoned up and issue quickly resolved with replacemeny item now delivered. All good on the end but postage is a bit pricey”

“Easy to fit and the sliding mechanism I chose is perfect for its use I intended. Wind noise / vibration is an issue to be worked out. Wind deflector, rope around the bags, adjusting position and slowing down are tips from other users.”

“Good products but you really do need to contact customers prior to delivery these days . I happened to only be 10 minutes away when the delivery gent turned up but that was sheer luck as i was planning on a big day out and would have not took delivery …Otherwise happy .”

“I do like the use of the roof bars as it helps with my job but it's far too loud whilst driving. I can hear a wind whistling constant over 30mph”

“Staff very Helpful and new what they were talking about. Arrived well packed with no damage, and on time. The roof bars rattle and sit to high should have gone for a different style.”

“£5 for second class postage is far too high”

“Order process was easy. Arrived quickly and in good quality. Ordered the wrong product despite numerous research. Photos of various car options with bars fitted and specs would have saved me a wasted investment. Have ended up going to a local specialist to solve.”

“The instructions were a set of photos that did little to explain how to install the roof-bars. Had to work it out for myself. Rubbers also pop out if you slide something across the roof-bars (like a paddleboard). Also parts provided with no explanation of what they are for (appears to widen the roof-bars but still not sure!).”
