“The Thule velocompact 924 is excellent. Fits well and Carry’s two bikes with no problem. The u-bar the bike holders sits on did come loose, but that’s certainly my fault and not a failing of the bike rack at all. Really great product.”

“The website and speed of dispatch were excellent. However, the courier firm used (DX) were appalling. They failed to come on a couple of days, lied about leaving a calling card and then, after a complaint, gave me a time-slot the next day, which my wife waited in for. When the courier finally arrived two hours late, he dropped the parcel (causing minor damage) and told me that he didn’t even start until the time-slot began. Great from roof-bars.co.uk, but very poor from DX.”

“Roof bars themselves are a great product fitted well with no messing around, but there are four holes in the top of the rail which have caps are supplied to fit into the holes these are awful simply just fit well at all . I had to cut them down then apply expanding foam into the hole and tape the clips flush to the rail . Jobs a good one now but a pain to do .”

“Your company were excellent but the courier was poor. I was notified of delivery on one day and waited in all day only to have the delivery come the following day with no explanation. I suggest you use another company for delivery.”

“I think the Roofbars I purchased serve its purpose and look great. However is they are side clamped and have a roof tent attached to the top I always feel the need to check the load and have an occasional look up to see if the load is adequate for the bars.”

“Easily to order online and helpful with extra bar needed for a second car together with competitive pricing. Disappointed that they wouldn’t price match a Halfords price for the roof box and courier used couldn’t delivery to property without my help and external packaging was heavily damaged.”
