I placed an order for a set of roof bars, which were showing as in stock. I then received a call to say that the fitting kit was out of stock until the end of the month. I needed the bars delivered quite soon, so I had to cancel the order.
It was a little frustrating to have been able to place the order, when one of the items was out of stock, but I was contacted very quikly by Sam to let me know, and the order was cancelled and refunded very quickly upon my request.
