“Second move and second time using Robert Ellis- we wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Sold our house with no fuss and seemed genuinely pleased and excited for us when we bought our new house (also through RE!). Great service- Melanie in the office was always friendly and helpful and kept us up to date. Phil went above and beyond with checking work and liaising with our vendor. Thanks to the whole team.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to Wendy and Charlie of the Stapleford branch for all their help and guidance as without their assistance and support I would still be struggling. I was more than pleased when a tenant was introduced as the property had been on the market for less than a week. They are a very friendly team yet very professional, pro-active and communication was good throughout. They certainly give a 5-star service.”

“Paul Merritt, Philip Burton, Melanie Bramley and all the team have made selling my house an enjoyable experience! Usually it is an incredibly stressful time but with superb advice from Paul Merritt we have got the price we wanted and all went through very smoothly. I am happy to know that the new owners will love living in the house where our two sons grew up. From the beginning to the end of the ,process the team have looked after us, which is great, because we live in the South West now and the house is in Nottingham. “Marie Denham, at the Beeston office, was very helpful through the whole selling process. She was particularly good at chasing information from the solicitors and my buyers, which was a big help as my solicitor was not always forthcoming with information. She always had time to answer my questions and was reassuring through the whole process. I appreciated her support both in person when I visited the office and on the phone.”

“Sold my property through the Long Eaton branch, very good service and lots of help with managing the process, Kept the process with my buyers moving through the Christmas period and surveys. Even though the property I was buying was through another agent they still kept on top of what was happening up the chain so that the whole sale went through on the planned date. Whole team were helpful and quick to respond to queries and also feedback from viewings of my property.”

Highly recommended and money well spent. We worked with Marie and she has been 10/10, she was honest, kind and always knew how to keep moving things forward, even at times when it all seemed impossible. After 9 months, we are finally in our dream house.”
