“Following on from my previous review about how I impressed I was with the service I received when using Robert Ellis Beeston to rent a property in Nottingham, they have once again provided excellent service whilst rectifying some minor maintenance issues we had with the house. I contacted Claire to advise her of the issues and literally within a couple of hours she'd spoken to our landlord, he'd agreed to the repairs and contractors were calling me to arrange for the work to be carried out! She kept me updated constantly and I didn't have to chase once! All to often companies provide excellent service whilst selling you a product and then are let down by their after sales, but I'm pleased to say that Robert Ellis Beeston excel in both areas! As I've said previously, I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone who's looking to buy or rent in Nottingham!”

“Wendy and the lettings team did a great job in sorting out new tenants for one of my properties. They really know the rental market in this area and seem to be focused on protecting landlord interests and getting the best quality tenants for hopefully an extended 'stress free rental period'.”

“Nathan in the Stapleford Branch of Robert Ellis was able to help me to view properties after a 6 hour long journey to Nottingham. I am disabled so this assistance counts for a lot. He and his team worked so hard, that I ended up offering on a Robert Ellis property. The staff were prompt, courteous and always asked about my tick boxes. They were not pushy in any way. “Claire has been fantastic from the beginning of this journey to the end, she would update us every week when things were quiet but speak to us several times a day when it was important to do so. Whenever we have asked a question she has got back to us with the information required as soon as practical even informing us when she was unable to get the information in a reasonable timescale. Given our buyers experience of a cheaper estate agent I would highly recommend the service given to us by Robert Ellis and especially Claire and would in no way entertain a cheaper estate agent should we move in the future. Robert Ellis’s market knowledge and customer service are well worth the extra costs.”

“The estate agency was very helpfull in helping us find a place to rent. They acted professionally and at the same time made us feel comfortable with the change of moving house. They were very clear in explaining things, they respond very promptly both before as well as after having signed the contract. Even now that we have moved in they continue to assist us with any problems and have answered any of our questions well. I would definitly recommend their surface as they are friendly, accommodating and look after their tenants needs.”

“Robert Ellis are the biggest estate agent in Beeston and fortunately they are also the best. I faced several hurdles at my end of the deal in order to get the keys for my latest property purchase, however, these were easily overcome with the fantastic assistance of Charlotte Harris. I look forward to working with a such professional again very soon.”
