“Having had an 8 Office business in House sales, Lettings and Property Management i was apprehensive on choosing an agent to deal with the letting and then the sale of my Aunts bungalow as i live 300 miles away. The letting went very well for 2 years thanks to Wendy West in Lettings and cannot recommend her enough. The sales team were brilliant keeping me advised constantly and Debbie Marlow was outstanding even though we lost a couple of sales she was constantly in touch keeping me informed of progress even so sometimes depressing. I would highly recommend her as she showed real professionalism all the way and thats something coming from me 40 years in the business. I wish the team all the best for the future. I would be happy to discuss the service. John Harrison”

“Second move and second time using Robert Ellis- we wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Sold our house with no fuss and seemed genuinely pleased and excited for us when we bought our new house (also through RE!). Great service- Melanie in the office was always friendly and helpful and kept us up to date. Phil went above and beyond with checking work and liaising with our vendor. Thanks to the whole team.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to Wendy and Charlie of the Stapleford branch for all their help and guidance as without their assistance and support I would still be struggling. I was more than pleased when a tenant was introduced as the property had been on the market for less than a week. They are a very friendly team yet very professional, pro-active and communication was good throughout. They certainly give a 5-star service.”

“Paul Merritt, Philip Burton, Melanie Bramley and all the team have made selling my house an enjoyable experience! Usually it is an incredibly stressful time but with superb advice from Paul Merritt we have got the price we wanted and all went through very smoothly. I am happy to know that the new owners will love living in the house where our two sons grew up. From the beginning to the end of the ,process the team have looked after us, which is great, because we live in the South West now and the house is in Nottingham. “Marie Denham, at the Beeston office, was very helpful through the whole selling process. She was particularly good at chasing information from the solicitors and my buyers, which was a big help as my solicitor was not always forthcoming with information. She always had time to answer my questions and was reassuring through the whole process. I appreciated her support both in person when I visited the office and on the phone.”
