“The Long Eaton sales team led by Dawn Stokes provided an excellent service handling the long drawn out sale of an executor property for me Being 180 miles distant, maintaining the integrity and appearance of the property was a great concern for me. Dawn was able to allay my concerns by arranging on my behalf,good local tradesmen to maintain the integrity of the property both inside and out Throughout the period the property was marketed any issues were readily communicated to me and vice versa Extremely pleased with friendly and great support provided”

“We have bought and sold many houses through Robert Ellis at the various branches over the years but have only recently moved into the Buy to Let business. We found the Stapleford office to be informative and knowledgeable of both the areas and marketplace. As new landlords they were invaluable to us . The team seem to be able to couple a high degree of professionalism with a personal and friendly service which is not as apparent at the Long Eaton branch where nobody seems to remember who you are. We look forward to working with the Stapleford office with our third and fourth purchase.”

“What can I say about Holly Torr and her team? If you are considering buying, like we did, or selling, I wish I did, without question I would use this team. Professional, efficient and totally pro active, they are truly the best. Nothing was to much trouble, and even though our chain became a tangled web, with totally courtesy Holly and her team resolved the issues. My only regret, we didn’t sell our home through Robert Ellis. Holly thank you, next week when we complete I will miss our communication. A true credit to your company. If we ever move again you will be my first call. The Hutchinsons.”

“My wife and I had never sold a property before and we were concerned about how difficult the process would be. “Mark came to value our late mother’s house, he was very professional, took the time to explain everything fully to my sister and myself, told us about how Robert Ellis operated and produced and left with us a folder with everything we needed to know in it, nothing was too much trouble. We did get another valuation from another estate agent but it wasn’t anything like what Robert Ellis produced. It just felt right that having spoken with Mark that we went with Robert Ellis to sell mums house, which they did within five weeks. We couldn’t believe it and though it took us slightly longer to finalise the sale, we have nothing but praise for the way Mark and his team made the selling of mums house effortless for us and informed us of every viewing that took place. It took so much strain off some a such sad occasion in our lives. First class, couldn’t fault the company and will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them for the sale of your house, many thanks Mark to you and your team.”

“Robert Ellis recently took over the are management of properties for me and after initial teething problems have been really professional and helpful. Abbie Murphy has been incredibly efficient with sorting any repairs, resolving utility company handovers and responding to queries in a very timely manner. The senior staff are also always on hand to return calls and deal with issues. I feel confident that the flats are now in capable and responsible hands. I would certainly recommend them.”

“Repeat business for us. We used them to sell our first home; which they did within a mth of being going on the market. The office always respond quickly to e-mails and are extremely professional and knowledgeable about of the local property market. Our main contacts have been Nathan and Claire at the Stapleford office, both excellent. I would recommend Robert Ellis to others trying to sell their home and will definitely use them again for property sales, lettings and general advice about the local property market. Best in the area by far !”

“Recently purchased my first house through Robert Ellis in Stapleford. As I work away I had to rely on my family to do all of the leg work. They, and I, are really pleased with the service we had from them. Claire Greensmith was excellent in communicating and updating us re progress. Calls were always returned and queries addressed in a timely manner. A big thank you to all the team.”

“I've been renting with Robert Eliss for years, and, last Friday, there was an emergency repair needed at my flat. Claire, the Administrator, was brilliant - responded within minutes and sent an engineer literally within a couple of hours! Thank you very much, Claire, for your prompt and competent response - thank you, Leon, for fixing the complex boiler issue so well and immediately. It works as new.”
