“I was impressed with Robert Ellis from the start after meeting one of the directors Paul Merritt who valued the property, who without doubt knows Beeston better then any other estate agent in Nottingham. The professionalism and expertise shown by himself is followed down to his staff, one of which being Melanie Bramley who is a charming lady who couldn't do enough for myself. Last but not least a special thank you to Helen Roberts office manager who oversaw the day to day sale of the property, who is extremely knowledgeable of the local housing market and is very approachable, I would of no hesitation in recommending Robert Ellis after my experience.”

“We recently used the Beeston branch of Robert Ellis to sell our property and buy our new home. We were really pleased with the service we were provided with and have already recommended to others. The initial valuation and marketing by Tom was professional and speedy (just what we needed as we had already seen a property we were interested in). Marie was exceptionally good at keeping us up-to-date with our sale/purchase, ensuring that everything was progressing according to plan and offering sound professional advice. If Marie was out of the office, the rest of the team were always helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to use Robert Ellis again.”

“Had our viewing with Helen @ Beeston who was friendly, helpful and kept us up to date with what was happening behind the scenes. As first time buyers it can be quite daunting but we were well informed about our next steps etc... Would definitely use again.”

“We had a water leak in our property about two weeks before our new tenants were to move in. The repair involved taking down part of the ceiling, re-plastering and re-decorating. Given the limited time available to make the repair, Jordan Duke quickly obtained quotes, sought approval, organised the work and ensured all was completed in time for the tenants to move in. Jordan made sure we were kept informed throughout the process and gave a very professional service to minimise our concerns.”

“They made buying and selling our house so easy and in a very short period of time. I am a total control freak so hate not knowing what’s happening and Debbie Marlow kept me in the know the whole way through. “When I received the phone call that all the documents had been signed and exchanged after a very long time (no fault of the estate agents). Overall a very stressful period but at all times found Debbie Marlow and her team very professional and helpful and would definitely recommend Robert Ellis.”

“I am very pleased with the way Robert Ellis handled the sale of my house - from initial contact, valuation, photos, adverts and viewings it was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. Carrie-Anne kept us updated regularly and my queries were responded to promptly and clearly. I hadn't sold a property before and they explained everything comprehensively, giving helpful advice throughout. There's another house in the family which will be going on the market in 2019 - we'll be going back to Robert Ellis to sell that one too!”

“We put our house on the market with Robert Ellis and they sold it within two weeks. The team were quick and thorough in organising the particulars and viewings. Throughout the process we had great communication from Louise in particular. Whilst the team at Robert Ellis are all great Louise made so much effort to deal with any issues we had throughout the process she really made the difference in what is a very stressful time.
