“Gillian has an infectious enthusiasm and is very knowledgeable. She is very patient and nothing is too much trouble for her in answering our queries. She was our concierge last year and was very reliable and is certainly to be highly recommended.”

“Danielle, the advisor I spoke to today was extremely helpful with a caring attitude. She made sure everything was answered and gave us extra information. I feel she went over above to go out of her way to make sure she helped me Thank you Danielle. It won’t let me click on the star rating below but I give it 5 stars (top rating)”

“i was again impressed with river voyages who sorted out an early easter break for me. With my wife reliant on School Holidays Helen was really helpful and patient as i tried to find the perfect cruise. The options she found were really helpful and eventually a little gem landed in my lap which is saving me hundreds of pounds. Helen (the same as other persons I have dealt with over the last couple of years) gave excellent advice and guidance to secure a great deal. Thanks”

“Gillian has been very helpful in my search for a particular cruise and after several days of exploring dates and destinations,my wife and I finally settled for exactly what we wanted. “I have dealt with chat with both Emma Gray and Kirsten today enquiring about river cruises. Both have given excellent help and Emma actually sourced a cabin for me that didn’t seem available when I checked myself. Unfortunately the date was inconvenient and I realised I had to change planes which I am loath to do. They were both polite, efficient, helpful and professional . you are fortunate to have such caring staff.”
