“Treated courteously, prompt replies to questions, details and dates revisited a few times so that I understood. Friendly staff. Time given to reflect on price. And price was competitive against other companies. Unable to give a star rating. But would say 5 ...very inclined to recommend to friends.”

“Helen ensured that we were able to get the room that we wanted on a suitable cruise and was very efficient and held the potential booking over for a couple of days until we made a final decision. This is our third year booking with them and what I like about River Voyages is that they always ring back when they say they will for whatever query you have and never let you down.”
