“I spoke to Sophie Milligan to complete my purchase of my holiday. She was professional, warm and totally competent. She asked me about upgrading and explained about my ATOL document when asked. A very enjoyable experience.”

“Sue Thomas was very good but general communication with the company slow and difficult both by email and by phone. Bomabarded daily by sales promotional ads but took a relatively long time to actually get confirmation of the booking. Could do better.”

“The River cruise I booked on the 2/3/2019 was booked with Sue Thomas. I have booked all 4 of the river cruises we have done, with Sue and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Sue is always very friendly and is prepared to go that "extra mile" to get the best deal that is available. Sue possesses excellent Customer Care skills and I have recommended her to many friends of mine. Well done Sue and many thanks for your excellent assistance.”
