“Booking (with Gillian Stark)went smoothly on the telephone, during which time we found a 10% discount pop up online. This was duly applied and we are now looking forward to our Christmas Holiday aboard the ms Serenity.”

“The service I received from River Voyages in booking a river cruise from Prague to Paris, starting 26 July 2016, was very good, and the Concierge who managed my booking was extremely helpful. Leading up to my departure, I had cause to directly contact the cruise company, Avalon, to reslove 2 separate issues which Avalon said they would address. Regrettably the matters were not addressed timeously, and it took further interventions to resolve the issues. In summary, I have been completely unimpressed with Avalon's performance and administration. It is not a company I would use again.”

“Difficult to get enough information without a brochure. Fairly easy to book but further information on flight times and transfers was not available.”

“Having booked a cruise on the Lady Anne for 5days on 24th Auguestand paid extra for the excursions I received a recent e-mail saying that if booking was done before the 29th February the excursion package was free. Why was this option not available to me?”
