“Having booked a cruise on the Lady Anne for 5days on 24th Auguestand paid extra for the excursions I received a recent e-mail saying that if booking was done before the 29th February the excursion package was free. Why was this option not available to me?”

“We were initially interested in booking a river cruise, but in discussion were able to take advantage of a'package' put together on our behalf. All flights and transfers settled to our satisfaction.”

“The first concierge we had was pretty useless quoting a fare three times that advertised and simply saying the one posted on line was a mistake. Emma however was excellent, finding alternatives and negotiating a deal on our behalf.”

“I was very pleased with the help I had when booking a river boat cruise with Shearing, I have never been on a river boat cruise before so was on the phone for a long time making sure that I understood exactly all about the booking she explained everything and made me feel happy that I was clear that she had booked exactly that I required. We are booking this holiday for my husbands 70th birthday so really want it to be special. thank you annette Anderson.”

“Despite being under the impression I was talking direct to Emerald, I found Katie Porter very good to deal with. She was helpful, patient, and easy to hear and understand (I wear a hearing aid!). Because she had been on one of the Emerald ships she had first hand knowledge which was also v helpful. Her friendly manner made the booking process so much easier.”
