“Booking went very well. It was only later when I called River Voyages that I learned my booking had been with Cruise 118. This had not been mentioned on the phone when I had called the number given by the link on your page. I had not thought I was booking with an agent rather than direct. I think the agent should be obliged to tell you they are not River Voyages.”

“Great reception and staff including Emma grey and Helen have been very helpful going the extra Mile Its is the first time we will be sailing with you and with it being my 70th Birthday on the 2nd of May I sincerely hope that the Cruise will be full of Good Memories It will be my wife's Brenda 65th Birthday on the 19th July and hope the Cruise will also be full of good memories Thank you to your team”

“Simon Collinge is very attentive in looking after clients and prospective clients needs. He clearly identifies what the client is after and tailors the river trip to that standard. He is also very precise and clear about the river cruise packages which enables the client to make an informed choice. On the down side, I am somewhat surprised that River Voyages required full payment for the Russian river voyage we have just booked, four months prior to the trip. I question the ethics of such practice and would like to know why?”

“Emma Gray, Cruise Concierge, very clear, polite and helpful. Also her colleague, Erin Madine, Only blip so far we received an email confirmation - which I now know is a copy from Riviera to River Voyages. The information on this confirmation appeared to have several discrepancy, ie my address, total cost, telephone number, etc. I telephoned you office and was assured this is only a copy of details which you receive. Would be better if I had not received copy of email as this caused much confusion. Hopefully now all sorted by Sophie at your offices.”
