“A very good experience until it came to pay the deposit. The call centre op. at first said that the full price was payable immediately. When this was queried she said that the manager would give us a one week extension. After ringing emerald cruises and being told that the full amount was due on 23 January I got your call centre grudgingly to extend full payment deadline to 8 January. You must have serious cash flow problems to try this on with your customers. mike kelly”

“I was very pleased when my enquiry about a river cruise was answered by a nice lady called Emma - she gave me all the details and within a few days I had the booking confirmed and everything put in place for my forthcoming river cruise with you on 17th July this year.”

“River Voyages just seem to be good at marketing once they have taken your deposit they really don't seem to care.Quite honestly their handling of the administration to conclude the booking of the holiday I booked was extremely unprofessional.To make sure the Holiday was booked correctly I dealt directly with Riviera Travel the Holiday provider who were extremely helpful. “The lady who told us about the company & the trip we wanted was Emma Taylor she was so helpful answered all our questions, we were two couples who live opposite sides of the country wanting info sent to both couples pay separate, she was helpful I just cannot fault her she did your company proud.”

“Nothing much to say, it was very straightforward and Emma, our concierge, was very helpful. She gave us time to discuss it together and phoned back at the agreed time. She answered all the questions put to her and left us looking forward to the cruise”

“I have never used River Voyages before, nor even heard of them, although we have enjoyed many river cruises over the years! I came across the company on the website whilst searching for a river cruise for 3 people next year. I spoke with a charming Cruise Concierge named Erin and explained we were looking for a Rhine Moselle 7 night cruise without a single supplement on a 4 or 5 star boat. She was extremely helpful and within 48 hours the deal was done and the deposit paid. Her calm efficiency is a credit to the company and we are looking forward to next years adventure. I would recommend this company.”

“From the start Ryan made the whole process of booking easy and very enjoyable he was able to talk me through the process from getting the right type of cabin to ensuring that the dates we required were available and that we did the voyage in the direction we wanted . Also when I had a query on the price given on the website he ensured hat was the price I got even though it was wrongly stated on the website”

“We have always wanted to try a river cruise and didn't think we could go on one due to my husband not being able to fly, however, when I spoke to Maura she went out of her way to sort arrangements out for us using the coach, ferry, and an overnight stay in Germany before joining the river cruise, she has been really helpful and I can't praise her enough, we are so looking forward to this trip”

“It seemed to. Go ok booking the holiday but I was amazed when told I had to pay an admin for written conformation of the holiday as I don't have any way of printing off the information so I do hope that this wil not be a problem with the tickets being sent to me direct.”
