“We was impressed with the booking procedure and the sales consultant answered all our questions.Where further information was requested , the information was obtained and forwarded to us promptly. Overall we was very impressed with your sales consultant Katy Porter Val & John Lewis”

“Very pleased with Emma Gray who efficiently carried out our booking. In fact, we booked for 4 of us to the Rhine Cruise and she was able to persuade us to book a Danube cruise for my husband and myself. Now we are doing 2 river cruises this year.”

“Your Concierge - Anthony Donovan was pleasant, informative and efficient, and we booked the cruise immediately. A follow up inquiry relating to timings was also dealt with efficiently by another Concierge. All in all good service so far.”

“River Voyages lived up to its reputation by making verbal contact within hours of me submitting an e-mail expressing interest. The lady that called me, Erin, was charming, informative and couldn't have been more helpful. Any additional information requested was fed back quickly and it wasn't long before I was happy to confirm a booking for the River Rhine Extravaganza in September 15; if the cruise is any part as good as the booking process then we are in for a treat!”

“My husband and I were very impressed by the patient, enthusiastic and informative time spent with Donna over the telephone. Nothing was too much trouble, she carefully explained things in common sense ways to 'newbys' going on a river cruise! We felt confident to book and felt our individual needs had been met on cost, timings, destination and travel arrangements. Donna really listened and with the emailed information, we feel less apprehensive about going on our first cruise-my 60th birthday treat!”

“From the time i contacted Debbie South everything was just perfect.. she found the right cruise we were looking for and she was so efficient. She was always available to answer all of my many queries. She even did the online check in for the 4 of us in 2 cabins.Price was quite competitive too. All in all we were very satisfied.”

“We booked our holiday by phone, and was very impressed by the overall service, giving a full explanation of the package. We were given cabin options and flight connection information to help us enjoy this special occasion for my wife's 60th birthday. This was followed up by email confirmation. The staff were courteous and well informed, giving us much confidence in booking with your company. We look forward to the river cruise. T”

“Excellent service from your telesales concierge/s, very knowledgable, lovely telephone manners. This being most welcome as this will be our first river cruise. If our actual holiday is as enjoyable as the booking process has been then we are in for a treat.”
