“Your company cancelled our cruise on the 22nd. December despite payment being made by ourselves on the 3rd. December. This left us with no time to sort out an alternative. The cruise line were not impacted. Your company lost £100. Our New Year holiday was completely ruined by the incompetence of your finance department and the excuse given that they did not understand the cruise line's payment terms beggars belief. We still await a response from your managing director.”

“Can't give a review on online shopping as we arranged our holiday over the phone (but I had to press something)! However, I can say that the phone booking experience was excellent and the young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the emails we have since received have been confusing and contradictory. I would much rather deal with pleasant people than frustrating machines any day!”

“Excellent service with very good knowledge of the cruise lines and ship layouts. They provided an informative review of what was on offer and everything was dealt with efficiently including all of the paperwork which was delivered with plenty of time.”

“A very good experience until it came to pay the deposit. The call centre op. at first said that the full price was payable immediately. When this was queried she said that the manager would give us a one week extension. After ringing emerald cruises and being told that the full amount was due on 23 January I got your call centre grudgingly to extend full payment deadline to 8 January. You must have serious cash flow problems to try this on with your customers. mike kelly”

“I was very pleased when my enquiry about a river cruise was answered by a nice lady called Emma - she gave me all the details and within a few days I had the booking confirmed and everything put in place for my forthcoming river cruise with you on 17th July this year.”

“River Voyages just seem to be good at marketing once they have taken your deposit they really don't seem to care.Quite honestly their handling of the administration to conclude the booking of the holiday I booked was extremely unprofessional.To make sure the Holiday was booked correctly I dealt directly with Riviera Travel the Holiday provider who were extremely helpful. “I was very impressed with the service I received. Erin was outstanding in the way she assisted me and answered my many queries. Documents came through very quickly and correctly. She kept me informed of all that she was doing in order to book the holiday I wanted. Thank you very much.”

“The lady who told us about the company & the trip we wanted was Emma Taylor she was so helpful answered all our questions, we were two couples who live opposite sides of the country wanting info sent to both couples pay separate, she was helpful I just cannot fault her she did your company proud.”

“Nothing much to say, it was very straightforward and Emma, our concierge, was very helpful. She gave us time to discuss it together and phoned back at the agreed time. She answered all the questions put to her and left us looking forward to the cruise”
