“I have never used River Voyages before, nor even heard of them, although we have enjoyed many river cruises over the years! I came across the company on the website whilst searching for a river cruise for 3 people next year. I spoke with a charming Cruise Concierge named Erin and explained we were looking for a Rhine Moselle 7 night cruise without a single supplement on a 4 or 5 star boat. She was extremely helpful and within 48 hours the deal was done and the deposit paid. Her calm efficiency is a credit to the company and we are looking forward to next years adventure. I would recommend this company.”

“From the start Ryan made the whole process of booking easy and very enjoyable he was able to talk me through the process from getting the right type of cabin to ensuring that the dates we required were available and that we did the voyage in the direction we wanted . Also when I had a query on the price given on the website he ensured hat was the price I got even though it was wrongly stated on the website”

“We have always wanted to try a river cruise and didn't think we could go on one due to my husband not being able to fly, however, when I spoke to Maura she went out of her way to sort arrangements out for us using the coach, ferry, and an overnight stay in Germany before joining the river cruise, she has been really helpful and I can't praise her enough, we are so looking forward to this trip”

“It seemed to. Go ok booking the holiday but I was amazed when told I had to pay an admin for written conformation of the holiday as I don't have any way of printing off the information so I do hope that this wil not be a problem with the tickets being sent to me direct.”

“All staff were very nice during 'phone conversations. Correspondence reached me quickly via e-mail although I found downloading some parts difficult. This may just be me being a "silver surfer". However, perhaps an 'old fashioned' letter of confirmation could be offered? I am looking forward to my holiday with you and, no doubt, you will want feedback on my return.”

“It will be our first River cruise and we have had nothing but great help right from the start. Everything has been explained to us in detail, thanks to Emma, our 'go between' who has been very helpful and shown great patience the whole time. Now we are looking forward to our cruise!”

“I discovered River Cruises from their website and sent aan Email enquiry about a specific cruise. I di d not receriver a reply so phoned as a follow up as I was still interested. After being passed from one to another three times, it was claimed that my email had been answered but I did not receive it. I spoke for a minute or so to a hapless male employee who had no idea what making a booking was, and eventually after more delays I finally spoke to an Emma, who was exceptionally helpful,, sent me an email quote straight away, which I accepted about an hour later after I had a Travel Insurance Policy confirmed. This company desperately needs a faster and more efficient telephone service and phones that are answered promptly by people who know what they are talking about.”

“Sandie Collier is great, this is the second time Sandie has booked our holiday. Nothing is a problem, never in a hurry and explains everything. If unable to give an accurate answer will check with the holiday company and get back to you quickly. A pleasure to do business with.”

“I used this site as the Emerald website wasn't working. I was very surprised and pleased at how helpful our own concierge (Hayley) was, couldn't be more helpful. Holiday pricing was comparable with Emerald website. I like the way they take ownership of ensuring every passenger has a good holiday experience.”
