“We can't thank River Voyagers enough! They took care of every thing for us. Nothing was too much trouble to them, they were so helpful & often ranging us back to answer a query that we had just to put our minds at rest! We can't praise them enough & would definately recommend any one wanting to book a river cruise to contact River Voyages. We had a wonderful cruise thanks to them sorting all the necessary details, flights, transfers for us! Brilliant!!!”

“"Cruise Concierge" friendly and efficient. Paperwork is fine without any errors. Bit disappointed with not receiving cabin originally promised but we're sure that the holiday will meet or exceed our expectations.”

“Quick reply, straight through to someone, no passing round a million and one automated options so GOOD start! Erin was able to give me a cheaper price on the holiday I wanted than the company it was with had quoted me. She called back when she said she would after finding some extra info for me, really pleased with service and they were friendly, polite and easy to talk to. Putting RiverVoyages on my favorites list!”

“Helen is the lady we spoke to. Because I was very particular what I wanted, we gave Helen a rather difficult time. But she was very helpful and kind and after several telephone calls. Helen managed to give us the holiday I was looking for. I would certainly recommend you to our friends. Peter Cranage”

“Both my wife and I enjoyed our very first river voyage with Viking and we are both very impressed with the way our trip was organised and our wonderful we found all the crew on the river longship : Kara: and we can not praise the crew or the Captain for the way we were both treated my wife has some difficulty walking and the staff as a whole were absolutely wonderful and the admin staff were very helpful with any querries I had and they were dealt with within 24 hours . I have reccomended viking river cruises to all my freinds and family , and have already booked our next cruise for the 27th /9/16 to buderpestetc,”
