“Emma was very good helping with the booking. Only issue was that I received an e-mail just before booking that offered a £300 discount - unfortunately the system software had not been updated to take account of this.”

Good Morning Mrs Colegrave Thank you for your review, I do believe the issue of your flight/train miss understanding has now been resolved. “The Cruise Concierge was a very friendly, helpful lady who explained the various cruise options in detail, answering all my questions & found me flights from my local airport. I was very pleased how easy she made the booking suit my requirements.”

“Very helpful and took into consideration all of our requirements. As a side issue I have had problems in the past in getting any response from either 'phone or email requests. I have sent a separate email regarding the cost of this river cruise compared to the offers available until 31st of May”

“Simon and Erin, the two people. who have dealt with my booking for a River Cruise on the Danube in August. were excellent. Very courteous and professional. “I rang River Cruises out of curiosity after receiving an advert via email. I explained what l was looking for, a cruise was found for me within an hour at a fantastic price, the people l spoke with were courteous, polite, well informed & knowledgable. If the cruise is as good as the service l received l know l will have a great time”

“Both the operatives I spoke to were easy to understand and courteous. The only query that I had was that the price shown 'on line' was lower than that given by the agent and as she stressed that this was the last cabin, I did not argue it further, lest we lost it.”
