“I have booked a few river cruises now with River Voyages. I have been very satisfied with the service. A young lady called Emma Taylor has done the bookings for us in the past, I have found her very helpful & very prompt. Kind Regards Kevin Pilling.”

“The operator was very good and inspired me to book. However no deposit was taken from my credit card and my booking confirmation showed no money paid. After 8 days I telephoned as I was concerned my booking was not secure. I was informed by a different operator that they had computer problems. She took my deposit and said an amended booking confirmation would be with me that afternoon. Nothing happened for two days but I noted a deposit had gone onto my account. I therefore had to again ring to yet another operator who sent the confirmation as I was on the phone to her. Pretty poor that I as a customer should chase a company to take my money and get peace of mind.”

“Very quick response to my email. Had 2 cruises I was interested in and Dom got back to my with the costs ,flight details at time we had arranged. Booked one but being honest was disappointed that new clients get charged an admin cost of £30 . would have thought you might get discount to encourage you to use company. However it is refundable if more trips booked. Overall very impressed hope cruise is as good on service”

“This was our first booking for a cruise so we had no idea what to expect but Emma from River Voyages could not have been more helpful. its for our golden wedding so we wanted to to be a little special and that is what the whole process was, just for us. Thank you all, we are now so looking forward to our holiday”

“I found the man I spoke to, Simon Collinge , very helpful and informative. He gave me all the information I needed, especially as we had never done a river cruise before. He phoned me back when he said he would and helped me a great deal in making a decision to make a booking.”

“I find using River Voyages is much easier, friendlier and better value for money than using any other company. This is the second time we have used River Voyages. Last year we had the best hassle free and enjoyable holiday we have ever had. We will continue to use River Voyages in the future.”

“Having booked a cruise on the Lady Anne for 5days on 24th Auguestand paid extra for the excursions I received a recent e-mail saying that if booking was done before the 29th February the excursion package was free. Why was this option not available to me?”

“I was very satisfied with the friendly and efficient way that our initial enquiry and booking was handled by your two Irish girls Erin and Mora. They went to a lot of trouble to satisfy us, even over the weekend.”
