“The service so far has been very good, Erin was very helpful and got back to me as arranged. There was a difference between the iterinaries on river voyages site compared to Emerald waterways when I booked my trip on the Dutch waterways, so best to check before booking.”

“First time I have booked a River Cruise. Helen was extremely helpful. Talked me through the voyage, making suggestions regarding best cabin to choose. Sorted my flights giving me timings & length of flight , even booked my seats & checked with airline as to whether my carry on bag would be allowed. It was a very pleasant easy experience . Thank you”

“We are regular users of your service and in a way it would be wrong to single out one person as all of your cruise concierge team are so very helpful. Over the last few days we booked a river cruise with the help of Gillian Stark, Lauren Wood and Sue Thomas, who were all great. However, we want to especially commend Dom Crockatt for the time he gave to us, his attention to detail and his depth of knowledge - he truly made us feel that nothing was too much trouble in getting a great trip arranged for us. “We can't thank River Voyagers enough! They took care of every thing for us. Nothing was too much trouble to them, they were so helpful & often ranging us back to answer a query that we had just to put our minds at rest! We can't praise them enough & would definately recommend any one wanting to book a river cruise to contact River Voyages. We had a wonderful cruise thanks to them sorting all the necessary details, flights, transfers for us! Brilliant!!!”
