“The service I received from River Voyages in booking a river cruise from Prague to Paris, starting 26 July 2016, was very good, and the Concierge who managed my booking was extremely helpful. Leading up to my departure, I had cause to directly contact the cruise company, Avalon, to reslove 2 separate issues which Avalon said they would address. Regrettably the matters were not addressed timeously, and it took further interventions to resolve the issues. In summary, I have been completely unimpressed with Avalon's performance and administration. It is not a company I would use again.”

“The agent who dealt with our enquiry was Emma Gray. She was obviously very knowledgeable about the cruise that we chose and provided comprehensive information on the cruise plus alternatives that were put to her. The price quoted was actually even more competitive than one from a Viking representative plus she more au fait than him even though the details were more complicated.”

“I was put through to a helpfull lady called Emma. This was our first European river cruise booking and we primarily wanted a Rhine trip within 2 months. She managed to book us on a suitable cruise even though all seemed to be booked up. Thanks for that making it a good start to our holiday.”
