“Thank you so much Susan Burton, for helping me book the river cruise for my self and a friend.This is the first time we have used your services but it will not be the last. Enjoyed talking to Susan, very polite and obliging person. Take care of staff like this, they are quite rare.”

“Just booked a 7 night cruise from Amsterdam to Basel, all very easy. Emma was the person who did the booking, she was very helpful, efficient and knew what she was talking about. Very well done Emma, a big thumbs up from me. Many thanks.”

“The number of days advertised was 7 and the voyage turned out to be only 6, which was very poor. Simon did not seem to know that there were excursions incuded, but he sorted it out and was polite and patient.”

“we could not have wished for a better service for our river cruise, it was all explained in a way that we could understand what we was under taking when booking the river cruise, and quick return with the paper work ,many thanks graham and barbara poundall”

“Emma was very good helping with the booking. Only issue was that I received an e-mail just before booking that offered a £300 discount - unfortunately the system software had not been updated to take account of this.”

Good Morning Mrs Colegrave Thank you for your review, I do believe the issue of your flight/train miss understanding has now been resolved. “The Cruise Concierge was a very friendly, helpful lady who explained the various cruise options in detail, answering all my questions & found me flights from my local airport. I was very pleased how easy she made the booking suit my requirements.”

“Very helpful and took into consideration all of our requirements. As a side issue I have had problems in the past in getting any response from either 'phone or email requests. I have sent a separate email regarding the cost of this river cruise compared to the offers available until 31st of May”
