“Helen has been tracking the release of the 2020 Riviera Cruises for 6months because we had a specific request (2 lower deck cabins for single occupancy) and these get booked up so quickly. She kept us updated and as soon as they were released she reserved them. Which was amazing service. She is professional, personable and a jolly nice person all round. She makes it all so easy..”

“Our concierge, Erin, has been efficient and friendly, organising both our 2018 cruise and now our 2020 cruise. She has really cared about our enjoyment and our welfare. Gill finalised our booking and again got us exactly what we wanted most efficiently while Erin wasn't in the office. Many thanks to both.”

“My initial experience ha been first class. Helen Conway quickly found an alternative to the one i initially enquired about (it was fully booked). Over the next couple of days she answered all my questions promptly, and the booking process was efficiently handled.”

“Having decided on a .river cruise on the Danube, I emailed for more information. I was contacted by Gill who was very helpful and offered an alternative, the same voyage but a different company at a better price. I was emailed two options to help me choose. I then phoned back and Gill talked me through the itinerary and travel arrangements, and any other queries I had. It was good to be able to talk to the same person each time I phoned.”

“Gillian Stark has always been a true professional member of staff and we always use Gill for all our cruise book8ngs and we take 4 to 6 cruises per year and have done for the last ten years or so, she makes booking a cruise so simple and straightforward.”
