“Helen was very helpful and I was given a good price for various river cruises. It was a little disappointing that Avalon got the flight times wrong but this was soon sorted and no fault of River Voyages”

“Once again excellent service from Helen Conway. Nothing was too much trouble. Great friendly efficient service would definitely recommend. So looking forward to our cruise in August! Would also like to mention the service provided by the customer service dept is excellent too - very prompt and efficient replies!”

“Almost instant response to my email enquiry, Gillian Stark almost emailed me back before I had sent it :) . We asked a number of questions of Gillian and she answered them straight away as well. Gillian came up with a few cruise alternatives that suited our dates and as she was going to be out of the office she asked a collegue to follow up with us as she didn't want us to miss out on the last cabin in the catagory that we wanted. Simon her collegue followed it up in a email and was also very helpful in giving us information. By the time we were ready to book our cruise Gillian was back in the office and she went above and beyond to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. Speaking to Gillian on the phone was a pleasure and we thank her very much for her excellent customer service.”

“Helen Conway is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient ! when I was making a booking for a spring cruise for self and family, she could not have been more helpful to me, to me an older person who needed a bit of guidance ! “Customer services was exceptional and on ringing was given options to suite my preference. Would have given 5 stars however the advertising is miss leading on the morning I rang I recieved a promotional email price which when I rang could not be found on the system, 2 weeks later I am still seeing adverts for same dates and promotional price.”

From time to time cruise lines may decide to release fluid offers to stimulate sales which are due to supply and demand of the product, its nature of course is perishable. As a result, some promotional offers can sell out or become obsolete. For example E.G; offers applicable to specific cabin grades may change frequently. We try our best to monitor every cruise line sailing date on our system however, there can sometimes be a time delay in updating these sailings. We wish you a wonderful time on your cruise.

“I spoke to Sophie Milligan to complete my purchase of my holiday. She was professional, warm and totally competent. She asked me about upgrading and explained about my ATOL document when asked. A very enjoyable experience.”
