Nothing was too much trouble for your representative, Sue. Despite me changing my mind numerous times about the date, Sue was extremely pleasant and very helpful at all times. She explained all the options available and gave sensible advice when asked.

Your TA, Sue Thomas was as usual, brilliant when handling our travel request. Sue quickly returned our enquiry with a very good price for our River Cruise and a choice of cabins and the holiday was booked in a very short time. I've used Sue for all our Ocean and River cruises for the pass 10 + years and will continue to do so for the future.

I felt that the company did everything possible to secure a booking and to make me aware of all possible options. The deal may not have been in line with the advertised price on Avalon but it was closer to what I was looking for in terms of a cabin. Hopefully, the reality of experiencing what I've booked will live up to to the hitch free process of booking my holiday through River Voyages.

A great service. No pressure to book, I was given all the info I needed then given time to chat to my husband about our options. I was called the following day, exactly when I was told I would be, by a very polite and knowledgeable concierge. I had no hesitation in making my booking.

I have not been on a river cruise before so wanted information and advice to suit my requirements. Emma Gray was excellent in offering advice. She was very knowledgeable of the experience so was able to answer all my queries. She was also very professional and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I never felt rushed to make a decision. Lots of care taken to understand our wishes. Patience when we changed our mind. Care taken to find a sensible price. All round excellent service!

Booking was fine, but I have had no written acknowledgement, either by post or e mail and am somewhat worried. EC I wish I knew, would have expected confirmation. EC Have now got got a pdf acknowledgement sometime later than booking
