“I was pleased with the person I booked through for my China trip, but then I had an email from yourselves with an attachment from Viking Cruises about a Chinese visa. When I rang your office I was told that you do not deal with this. After speaking with Viking they said as you are the agent then when I want to go ahead with the visa I have to pay you the fee then you pass if on to V iking who deal with the visa. It was not made very clear to me and I seemed to have the run around.”
