“Despite being under the impression I was talking direct to Emerald, I found Katie Porter very good to deal with. She was helpful, patient, and easy to hear and understand (I wear a hearing aid!). Because she had been on one of the Emerald ships she had first hand knowledge which was also v helpful. Her friendly manner made the booking process so much easier.”

“Did the Danube cruise in cabin 332 on Emerald Dawn. Very impressed with organisation and found the boat spotlessly clean. Included trips were taken in very comfortable coaches and driven by careful drivers. Did the Viennese concert which was fantastic. Good seating accommodation on top deck. Food was good although buffet was a bit cramped, needing split seating or some change but staff were more than helpful. We visited Vienna on a Sunday when everywhere was closed, a big disappointment to us. The temperature during the cruise was close on 40o which was a bit too hot to do any walking. Have already booked with friends to go with Emerald next year so must be good!”

“WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME. The ship was outstanding. Clean Comfortable. Staff on the boat were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Ellie our ship orgonizer was just AMAZING so afficent in every way. Congratulation to the whole team. Alister & Doreen Lyon. Albany, Western Australia.”

“Kathryn Gelder was very good on the phone, whilst booking, but didn't give me her extension number and I haven't spoken to her since. I had to ring last week, with insurance and passport details and gave them to another girl. I've just had an email from Kathryh asking for them. Had to ring again. They were on my booking ?”

“We had not tried River Cruises before and to be honest we were really 'flying a kite' but the service we received was tremendous, nothing was too much trouble and we are extremely grateful to all concerned for their efficiency and the feeling that we are special customers.”

“Booked our holiday on the phone with Debbie, who couldn't have been more helpful, especially as we don't live in the UK. She made the whole process simple and quickly and efficiently dealt with all our questions. Hope the cruise is as good as the booking process!”
