“The issues I raised were fully dealt with and explained. I was given a 230am pick up time for a 600.am flight from Luton for Paris which I told the young lady Kathryn was out of the question. Within the minutes she got back to me with a 830am pick up time going from St Pancras on Eurostar for Paris a more civilised time . Kathryn your a star most impressive service.”

“Sandie has been very helpful sorting out a cruise where we needed a single as well as a double cabin and helping us select the right cruise; she has also been very good at following up on phone calls and emails when she said she would which is much appreciated.”

“We dealt with a young lady who answered the phone. We wanted to book a holiday for June 2016. She was very helpful and arranged everything for us. We much prefer to talk to someone when arranging our holidays.”

“Dates on ATOL certificate were wrong. Hotel date in Prague was wrong. Was not offered gifts of £50 bar money on cruise or Magnum of champagne which were both in the brochure. I had to ask for them at a later date and then had to pay almost £30 as I was told this discount had been given me and I could not have both this and the offered gifts. Very disappointing. Other than the above, everything was good.”
