“We experienced our river cruise with Emerald Waterways in April this year. We did our booking through yourselves and was so highly delighted with the experience. Erin was so very helpful - we were kept up to date with everything that needed to know. We were so confident with River Voyages and their service that we have booked again with yourselves on another Emerald Cruise next year.”

“I as very happy with the original booking- courteous and efficient. However, VERY disappointed with the outcome of my complaint viz a viz the cost of the cruise compared to my friend's booking!”

“This will be my first river cruise. I spoke to a lady called Sue who was full of information and tips. There was a choice of cabins and she helped me decide which one to pick. It was also good to hear she had used the company we are using. I would certain l y use River Voyages again.”

“River Voyages are extremely helpful and work hard to find a trip that meets our needs both in respect to destination and cost. Booking is arranged quickly and all details are forwarded in a very short time. We have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.”

“Booking went very well. It was only later when I called River Voyages that I learned my booking had been with Cruise 118. This had not been mentioned on the phone when I had called the number given by the link on your page. I had not thought I was booking with an agent rather than direct. I think the agent should be obliged to tell you they are not River Voyages.”
