“Very helpful information, pleasantly delivered and efficiently actioned by "Cruise Concierge" Erin Madine. It was a pity that my first contact by phone after seeing a late special offer email said he could not assist and would get someone to phone me back. This did not occur until many hours afterwards by which time I had already concluded my arrangements through Erin.”

“Your representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient so all our questions were answered fully. She explained the differences between different cruises and used her own recent personal experience (eg in relation to helping us booking the quieter of the two cabins available) to support our decision-making.”

“Your travel concierge Emma is ALWAYS excellent and she never sounds fed-up when we constantly change our minds - I wish all sales staff everywhere were the same! All the holidays we have booked with them have the personal touch and with the exception of one River Cruise (not Rover Voyages fault - just the fault of the actual Cruise Manager being too full of her own self importance!!) we were delighted and looking forward to the one we have already booked very soon!! Thank you Emma!!”
