“The build up was great with very helpful advice from Sue Burton and Erin Madine. The price was fine and so off I went down the Duoro. Trouble was that the Cruise line was French and I was the only Brit on board - as I discovered on the coach from the airport to the boat. No one else spoke English! By mere luck there was a great group of English speaking Canadians on board who "adopted" me. Would have thought that Susan or Erin would have warned me. But luck held and the Cruise was great. Be careful to check nationality when booking!!”

“Erin went out of her way to help us find a suitable cruise, at the best price, with extras thrown in. Travelling at unsociable hours, and having to change planes, is a real problem for us, and Erin found us direct flights at suitable times. She also phoned back when she said she would and the company's website is geared up to follow up your enquiry quickly. We will book our next river cruise through you.”

“Our first river cruise, so we phoned River Voyages as they have access to many different cruise companies. Simon was very helpful explaining the different categories of cruise, and found us an option in our preferred dates for a Danube cruise. Phoned back later the same day to accept and Sue took our details and confirmed our booking. Two days later, we now have our flights booked as well - all sorted - very efficient!”

“Emma was fantastic . Professional , knowledgable , helpful and friendly . Nothing seemed too much trouble and Emma always did what she said she would do whether it was finding specific information from the cruise line or calling back at the promised time . “I left it with Riviera travel to inform me when the 2018 cruise trips were open to book. They told me the end of march. I had spoken to gill from river voyages and she tried very hard to suit our needs for this year un successfully and in the end I left it with her for next year , She called me on the 28th of feb to tell me that I could book the cruise we wanted for 2018. we were delighted and left the deposit needed to secure our chosen cruise, cabin,and date. Hats off to Gill who got the booking for being hot off the mark.”
