“It seemed to. Go ok booking the holiday but I was amazed when told I had to pay an admin for written conformation of the holiday as I don't have any way of printing off the information so I do hope that this wil not be a problem with the tickets being sent to me direct.”

“All staff were very nice during 'phone conversations. Correspondence reached me quickly via e-mail although I found downloading some parts difficult. This may just be me being a "silver surfer". However, perhaps an 'old fashioned' letter of confirmation could be offered? I am looking forward to my holiday with you and, no doubt, you will want feedback on my return.”

“Initial contact was good but on the next day it was dreadful . The promise of a call back never happened , I had to call again the next day. Within ten minutes of me booking my holiday I had people on the phone trying to sell me travel insurance which persisted for several days.”

“It took quite some time to get through to a sales assistant but when I did he was extremely helpful. His name was Ryan and I was delighted to get a cruise booked. Thank you”

“The booking was quite simple even though I ended up paying a lot more that the advertised price, The big disappointment was the FREE wine offer which just turned out to be a con. This has left me slightly worried that there may be other surprises in store. I cannot comment further at this point as I have not yet had my tickets or Free WINE. Here is hoping that all will be as promised and who knows we may try again.”

“This is the third time I have tried to fill in your survey and before I get to the end it disappears. We are paying much more for the same ship than we paid through Bath Travel 2 years ago so we are expecting very good service from the tour Co. including Booked flight seats both ways and a good lunch in Lyon while waiting for the flight .”
