“The booking was quite simple even though I ended up paying a lot more that the advertised price, The big disappointment was the FREE wine offer which just turned out to be a con. This has left me slightly worried that there may be other surprises in store. I cannot comment further at this point as I have not yet had my tickets or Free WINE. Here is hoping that all will be as promised and who knows we may try again.”

“This is the third time I have tried to fill in your survey and before I get to the end it disappears. We are paying much more for the same ship than we paid through Bath Travel 2 years ago so we are expecting very good service from the tour Co. including Booked flight seats both ways and a good lunch in Lyon while waiting for the flight .”
